A Supportive Space to Be Heard, Understood, and Supported
Candace Finan provides counseling focused on mental health and substance use concerns, helping adults navigate difficult seasons, meaningful transitions, and challenges that can affect everyday life.
Her work includes support around grief and loss, transitions in aging, codependency issues, and substance use concerns. She offers both in-person and virtual sessions, creating flexible options for clients seeking professional support.
Candace does not provide medication management. Her focus is counseling and creating a supportive space where adults can explore their concerns, understand patterns, and work toward meaningful change.
She participates in several insurance panels, with specific plans available upon request.

Each service is offered to adults 18 and older, in person in Maryland Heights or virtually across Missouri.

✔ Rebuilding routine and meaning at your own pace
Who it's for
Adults grieving the death of a loved one, or another significant loss such as a relationship, role, or health change.

Transitions in Aging
Counseling for the emotional and personal changes that can come with aging and major life transitions.
What it includes

✔ Coping with shifting identity, purpose, and roles
✔ Support around caregiving and family dynamics

Older adults and their adult family members facing the practical and emotional realities of aging.

Codependency Issues
Support for understanding relationship patterns, boundaries, and emotional dependence.

Finan Counseling Solutions accepts insurance and works with out-of-network insurance plans. Self-pay clients are also welcome. Candace is currently a member of several insurance panels; specific providers and plans can be confirmed during your consultation.
